Are you struggling to stay grounded in the present? Do emotions, memories, or anxieties about the future pull you away from feeling connected to your daily life? As a Therapist in Lakeview Chicago, I can help you gently return to yourself—one session at a time.
As a therapist, I believe healing begins in a trusting, collaborative relationship. My ideal client is someone who’s curious about the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape their life—and is open to exploring both the pain and potential of their story. Together, we’ll process past, present, and future moments of impact in a space designed to meet you where you are.
I offer individual therapy in Chicago (Lakeview) and across Illinois via telehealth for adults and emerging adults experiencing:
I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including:
-
Attachment-Based and Psychodynamic Therapy
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Person-Centered and Interpersonal Approaches
-
Somatic and Mind-Body Integration
Therapy with me is grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity to heal when given space to explore safely. I view the therapy room as a collaborative process, without judgment or deadlines—just presence, support, and curiosity.
My Background
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I trained at The Family Institute and Mind Body Co-op. I earned dual undergraduate degrees from Loyola University Chicago in English and Psychology. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a clinic coordinator in a private practice setting, which inspired me to move from administrative care to direct support for those seeking mental health services.
I also co-facilitate theTrauma Recovery Group, with Courtney Thompson, Psy.D. Candidate where I support individuals healing from complex and developmental trauma.
Outside of the Therapy Room
In my downtime, I love connecting with friends and family over delicious food—whether cooking, thrifting for vintage dinnerware, or planning elaborate themed dinners. I believe in finding small moments of joy, even amid life’s challenges.
