Everyone seeks support for their own reasons, and I’m here to whole-heartedly honor yours. In a world where connection and information are always within reach, the present moment can still feel distant. Life holds both immense joy and profound hardship—and therapy can offer a space to explore how your past continues to shape your present, especially in your relationships with yourself and others. By seeking support, you’ve already taken a brave first step. I’m here to serve as a compassionate guide as you navigate your day-to-day experience.

Outside of therapy, you can find me taking family walks with my dog and two cats, making mood boards on Pinterest, or hosting cozy gatherings with friends. One of my favorite authors, Eckhart Tolle, once said, “How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” Your experience matters and deserves to be heard. My aim as your therapist is to support you in embracing your reality and making empowered, meaningful choices. I’d be honored to work with you.

Culturally Responsive Therapy

Empathy, humor, and collaboration are at the heart of my sessions. As a daughter of immigrants and a native Polish speaker, I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who are curious about exploring their family dynamics and reconnecting with younger parts of themselves. I believe trauma can live in the body, and that reconnecting with our physical senses can be a powerful way to ground ourselves when thoughts feel overwhelming. My approach is person-centered and culturally responsive, rooted in helping you unpack narratives that no longer serve you while uplifting the strengths you already carry. I frequently work with clients navigating identity exploration, trauma, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, queerness, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. Whether you’re processing long-standing patterns or new changes, our work together can offer space for deeper self-understanding and growth.

As your therapist, I offer a person-centered and culturally competent lens rooted in unpacking narratives that are no longer serving you and commending the strengths you already have.

I frequently work with clients looking to discuss topics of identity, trauma, interpersonal issues, life changes, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.

I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University. I spend my life outside of school at Ann & Lurie’s Children’s Hospital, providing direct care to children in an inpatient psychiatry setting. My time at the hospital has given me experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, anxiety disorders, familial trauma, personality disorders, autism, and the LGTBQ+ community. One of my favorite authors Eckhart Tolle once stated, “How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” Your experience deserves to be heard. My aim in therapy is to help empower you to embrace your experience and make fruitful choices. It’d be a pleasure to meet you!

I co-facilitate the Thursday Neurospicy Support Group with Hexin Bi LPC. I have immediate availability for Telehealth and In-Person appointments.
