¡Hola! Are you struggling to express your emotions, connect with yourself, or break the cycle of self-blame and “not feeling good enough”? You might feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin—but you don’t have to carry that weight alone. As a bilingual Latina therapist in Chicago, I am ready to help.

As a first-generation Latina from the South Side of Chicago, I understand the impact of cultural pressure, generational expectations, and feeling like you don’t belong. I’m here to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in English, Spanish or both to honor your experiences, and heal in a space that affirms your identity.

I believe that therapy is more than a conversation—it’s a journey toward belonging, peace, and purpose. Whether we’re exploring personal pain, family dynamics, or your evolving identity, I will walk with you as a compassionate, nonjudgmental partner.

My work is rooted in cultural humility, emotional safety, and bilingual accessibility. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and honor your lived experiences—whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, or the impact of bicultural family systems.

Therapeutic Modalities I Use:

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Psychodynamic Approach

  • Culturally Responsive Care

  • Strength-Based & Trauma-Informed Practices

  • Narrative & Emotion-Focused Therapy

  • Bicultural & First-Gen-Informed Counseling

I’m currently a second-year Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at Adler University. My professional background includes years of work in student affairs and residence life, where I’ve supported students and families navigating:

This foundation gives me a real-world lens for connecting with students, parents, and individuals facing major life transitions.

I work best with:

  • First-generation students and professionals
  • BIPOC and Latinx individuals
  • Bicultural families exploring identity or conflict
  • Teens and adults navigating emotional overwhelm

I am available for Counseling English and Spanish in-person therapy in the Loop (Chicago), telehealth therapy available across Illinois. Most PPO insurance accepted (super-bills for OON plans also available) and sliding scale. Evening sessions offered based on availability

You don’t need to walk through shame, self-doubt, or grief alone. In our sessions, you’ll find compassion, connection, and clarity—in your language and on your terms. If you’re ready to explore your story and reclaim your strength, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
