Living in a city as vibrant and fast-paced as Chicago can be exciting—but also lonely and overwhelming. You may be feeling disconnected, burnt out, or like you’re hiding parts of yourself to avoid judgment or conflict. Maybe you’re struggling with increased drinking, restrictive eating, or other coping behaviors that once helped but now feel out of control. Whether you’re early in recovery, navigating a relapse, or simply feeling like life is unmanageable despite past progress—you’re not alone, and change is possible.

I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive space to explore these struggles and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we’ll make room for growth, healing, and the belief that things can get better.

As a therapist for addiction and eating disorders in Chicago, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating:
•    Substance use and recovery
•    Disordered eating, body image, and food relationships
•    Autism and ADHD (neurodivergent-affirming care)
•    Codependency and relational boundaries
•    Identity stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation
•    Trauma and early attachment wounds
I understand what it’s like to feel stuck—and I know that freedom is possible. My approach is deeply informed by my own personal recovery, and I bring that lived experience into the room with warmth, presence, and hope.

My work blends relational depth with skill-building, accountability, and compassion. I use an integrative model that may include:
•    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
•    Psychodynamic and relational frameworks
•    Process group work and community support
•    Recovery-informed interventions
•    Trauma-sensitive, identity-affirming practices
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin therapy. We’ll start with where you are and work at a pace that feels right for you.

In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate and co-lead several groups at Mind Body Co-op, including:
•    DBT Graduate Processing Group
•    Women’s Resiliency Groups
•    Autism Support Group
Group therapy can be a powerful extension of individual work, offering deeper insight, accountability, and connection.

Credentials & Education:
•    Licensed Social Worker (LSW) – State of Illinois
•    Master of Social Work (MSW) – Dominican University
•    Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) – Illinois School of Professional Psychology
•    Extensive training in addiction recovery, DBT, and eating disorder support

I currently have immediate availability for in-person and telehealth therapy. If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing or recovery, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
