Pronouns – She/Her/Hers
Life can try us in unexpected ways, and while we aren’t meant to go through it alone, sometimes, feeling connected to ourselves and each other can feel like an insurmountable task. Did the Covid pandemic put a strain on your emotional well-being? Are you finding it difficult to enjoy relationships, work, or life? Or have you realized you’d like to heal from past trauma(s) or process deep personal realizations?
As your therapist, I believe that connection, positive relationships, and kindness to ourselves are the best ways we can learn and heal.
I operate from a strengths-based approach and enjoy utilizing humor and positive self-talk as we work together to create tailored, sustainable solutions. I do my best work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, self-confidence, trauma, identity, relational and interpersonal issues, religious trauma, as well as women-specific issues.
There is real power in lifting each other and providing hope.
I graduated from Aurora University with a Masters in social work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9+ years experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, clinical counseling, and working with diverse populations, including youth and families.
