Psychotherapist
Pronouns – She/Her/Hers
Modern life can create intense disconnection—from ourselves, our communities, and our values. Whether due to physical distance, cultural pressures, or internalized messages, even our closest relationships can feel strained. If you’re seeking a supportive space to feel seen, soften self-criticism, or break out of painful emotional patterns, therapy can provide that grounding.
If you’re a queer person, struggling with body image, in recovery from substance use, or neurodivergent and seeking authenticity, we may be a good fit. I specialize in working with people exploring gender, sexuality, trauma, and the ongoing pursuit of feeling whole and free in their skin.
My therapeutic style draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and person-centered approaches. I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect to every session, and prioritize collaborative healing rooted in your lived experience.
I love working with people who want to reconnect with their inner child, rediscovering the joy and passion that can seem to disappear over time or perhaps was denied from a young age.
I completed my Master’s in Social Work at University of Illinois-Chicago and have a BA in English and Gender and Sexuality Studies from University of Chicago. If you think we would be a good match, I would love to meet you!
I have immediate availability for Telehealth and In-Person appointments in both our Lakeview and Loop locations.
