Supporting the Full Spectrum of Neurodivergent Experiences
What Is Neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity is the natural variation in how brains think, feel, and process the world. It challenges the idea of a “normal” brain and recognizes that differences like ADHD/ADD, Autism, sensory processing disorders, learning disabilities, dyslexia, OCD, and Tourette’s are not deficits—but part of human diversity. Neurodiversity-affirming therapy can be life. changing.
At Mind Body Co-op, we celebrate neurodivergence. We don’t aim to “fix” or “normalize” you. Instead, we create space for you to understand your mind, work with your strengths, and find support for the areas that feel overwhelming.
We Work With People Who Are:
- Diagnosed (or exploring) ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or sensory processing issues
-
Living with dyslexia, dyscalculia, OCD, Tourette’s, or other learning differences
-
Navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence or masking-related burnout
-
Struggling with executive functioning, emotional regulation, or social overwhelm
-
Feeling misunderstood, exhausted, or pressured to “act neurotypical”
Whether you’ve had a diagnosis for years or are just starting to wonder if you might be neurodivergent—you are welcome here.
Psychotherapy for Neurodivergent Adults, Teens & Children
Our therapists understand that neurodivergence shows up in many ways. We use trauma-informed, strength-based approaches (like ACT, DBT, SFBT, and EMDR) to help you manage anxiety, burnout, masking, rejection sensitivity, and identity questions.
Medication Management
Our psychiatric nurse practitioners collaborate with you to find medication strategies that support your brain—not suppress it. We work holistically and at your pace.
Nutrition for Neurodivergent Bodies
We offer nonjudgmental, neurodivergent-friendly nutrition support that respects sensory needs, energy patterns, and executive functioning challenges around food and eating.
Neuropsychological Testing & Assessment
Wondering if you’re neurodivergent—or seeking an updated diagnosis for accommodations or clarity? Our licensed psychologists offer neuropsych testing for ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and more.
