You’re not afraid of depth—you’re afraid of staying stuck. Ready to get real? You’ve tried therapy and self-help—but you’re still looping through the same patterns. Maybe therapy felt too clinical, too surface-level, or missed the truth. I help people get to the root of trauma and emotional pain—so they can feel grounded, self-connected, and free. If you’re looking for somatic or depth-oriented therapy—or someone who understands the impact of culture and intergenerational trauma—I meet you there. As a first-generation Greek American, I bring lived experience and a relational approach to healing.
I offer trauma-informed therapy that blends somatic healing, Jungian depth psychology, and cultural sensitivity. My approach is real, relational, and rooted in deep transformation. I don’t just bring clinical training—I bring decades of lived experience, presence, and a grounded, compassionate eye for what’s beneath the surface.
This work isn’t about managing symptoms or fixing who you are. It’s about facing the trauma and patterns underneath, unlearning what’s in the way, and reclaiming the parts of you that got lost along the way. If you’re ready to do the real work, I’m here to walk with you.
I facilitate the Children of Immigrants Group on Fridays from 1:00 pm-2:15 pm.
I have immediate availability for Telehealth appointments.
