Are you an adult with ADHD or Autism, facing sensory overload, transitional stress, and the exhaustion that comes with masking? Do you struggle to fit into a neurotypical world, leading to anxiety, burnout, and feelings of isolation? You deserve a space where you can be fully understood without needing to hide your true self. Your goal may be to manage these challenges, reduce burnout, and thrive authentically, free from the pressures of masking and societal expectations.
I know how overwhelming it can be to constantly navigate a world that wasn’t made for you. You deserve to be not just understood but truly seen. If you’re ready to explore what life could look like without the weight of masking, I’m here to help. Let’s take this journey together—toward balance, self-acceptance, and healing.
I specialize in working with neurodiverse adults, particularly those with ADHD and Autism, to help manage sensory issues, reduce transitional stress, and break the cycle of burnout. With my own experience in neurodiversity, I offer a deep understanding of your unique challenges and work with you to build a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I have a BSW from UW-Whitewater, a graduate degree from Lakeland University and I am currently completing my Psy.D. at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology @ National Lewis University. I am a Licensed Counselor in the state of Wisconsin and am also able to treat individuals in Illinois. I have significant experience working with Adults with ADHD, Autism, and LGBTQIA+ populations. At Mind Body Co-op, I also offer long-term process groups to further explore areas of support, resiliency, and boundaries and co-facilitate our Grief and Autism Group.
I have immediate availability for Telehealth and In-Person appointments at our Loop Location.
